Scouts

Scouts are young people aged 10½-14 who learn through games, a series of activities, expeditions, camps, badges and awards designed to help them grow and develop their confidence, integrity and self-reliance as amazing young people.

They meet every week in a Scout Troop, run by an adult team of volunteers, one of which is the Scout Leader.

Our Scout Troop meets at our headquarters in Central Road Morden on Tuesday evenings from 6:30-8:30. We operate our weekly Meetings for the Sections on the same schedule as Term Times for London Borough of Merton Schools.

Badge Placement

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
